چکیده
t case is presented of congenital aneurysm of a coronary artery in a patient wiith angim pectoris and myoeardial infarction. Etiologies other than coronary atheroselerosis should bo considered in young patients with clinical coronary disease; they include syphilitic ostial stenosis, coronary embolization, pulmonary origimn of a coroiary artery, and necrotizing arteritis in addition to aneurysm of a coronary artery. In this instance time aneurysimi caused a shadow that was seeni by x-ray but was not identified during life.
